  11. My modem is model 1428VQH.  Could they be the same manufacturer?  It's a
  12. Yokohoma 33.6 data/fax- and it's been nothing but problems.

  14. Yokohoma (the company) is also nothing but problems; don't buy anything
  15. from them.  They blame all problems on line quality, and charge a 10%
  16. restocking fee when you try to return a defective product.

  18. When they said the restocking fee doesn't apply on exchanges, I asked if
  19. he could guarentee a working modem on exchange.  He said no.
